Four Steps to Your First Translated Meeting
No downloads, no setup — just a few clicks in Zoom.
Find QolSync AI in the Zoom Marketplace
Go to marketplace.zoom.us and search for “QolSync AI.” You'll find us under the AI Apps category. Click the app to open its detail page.
- Join meetings as a participant
- Read meeting metadata (title, participants)
- Cannot record or control your meeting
Click “Add to Zoom” and Authorize
Click Add to Zoom and review the permission request. QolSync AI only requests read access — it cannot record, control, or modify your meetings.
Open Apps in Your Zoom Meeting
Start or join a Zoom meeting, then click Apps in the bottom toolbar. Find QolSync AI under “My apps” and click it to open the sidebar panel.
Choose Your Language & Start Translating
Select your source language and meeting category, then tap “Start AI Interpreter”. QolSync AI joins the meeting and live captions begin immediately for all participants.
Tips for Your First Meeting
Get the best results from day one.
Use a good microphone
Better audio means better captions. An external microphone or USB headset will outperform built-in laptop mics, especially in noisy environments.
Speak clearly, at a moderate pace
Brief pauses between sentences help AI accuracy significantly. You don't need to slow down — just be deliberate, especially for technical terms.
Set up your glossary first
Professional and Business plan users: add company-specific terms, product names, and acronyms to your glossary before the meeting for precise translations.
Tell participants to look for captions
Let attendees know that live translation is available so they can select their preferred language in the QolSync AI panel in their Zoom Apps sidebar.

You start the meeting
Zoom meeting begins. QolSync AI receives a notification that the host has started.
QolSync AI joins as a participant
A participant named “QolSync AI” appears in your meeting. This is the translation bot — it's visible to everyone.
Live captions begin
Real-time captions appear in the QolSync AI panel. Participants open the Zoom Apps panel and select their preferred language.
Meeting proceeds normally
QolSync AI works silently in the background. Everyone communicates in their own language.
AI summary generated
When the meeting ends, QolSync AI generates an AI summary with key points and action items.
